Background
Dr Abi Moore is a Doctoral Research Fellow and practising GP with an interest in infection and care home research. She is currently a DPhil student in the Infections, Respiratory and Acute Care group at Oxford, where her research focuses on improving the diagnosis of urinary tract infections in care home residents. She is also contributes to the 'Care homes and care in the home' theme for the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Community Healthcare. Alongside her academic work, she continues to practise one day a week as a care home GP in London.
