As an HR Administrator, I support the HR Operations Team across a range of HR-related functions, with a particular focus on handling queries concerning new starters and the onboarding process.

I joined the department in June 2024, bringing experience from another University department where I began my HR career, as well as prior professional experience in a law firm. I hold a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Management and am currently working towards my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
